Les and I held the placement student interviews in June, and - cutting a rather long story very short - Greg took up his post at the beginning of this week. I met with Greg and Mike yesterday afternoon and talked them through what I have been doing with Drupal over the summer. We discussed an outline work plan; we agreed that Mike and Greg would each take an existing BCIM microsite and re-work it using Drupal in the way that I have re-worked the ICR site. I'm hoping that after Christmas we will be in a position to start developing the main Faculty website, which means that the Faculty Website Steering Group will need to have agreed the detailed design of the site before Christmas.
