I haven't had a reply from David yet re my suggestions for changes to our banners, so I thought I would try experimenting a little more to see what they might look like with the two-line version of the logo in place. Here they are:

• v2 mock-up of the BCIM home page,
   
• v2 mock-up of the NBS website; a typical BCIM sub-site.

I've used the version of the LSBU logo that's on the University's home page, so it's got a green tinge, but it's good enough for these mock-ups.
