I've agreed with Mike that we will prepare all of the files in the 'bcimnew' account (on LSBU UNIX), starting now, so that we can iron out any bugs prior to the launch. Then we can launch everything all in one go, using a procedure similar to the launch procedure that we used for the external site. Things should be rather easier this time though, because we'll essentially just be loading an updated version of every page, so we shouldn't need any redirection files.

We've agreed a provisional date for the launch of Friday 9th September.
